  • William Beer, England and LA librarian, 3,608 items (1888-1924)
  • Pierce Butler, LA and MS educator, 2,706 items (1902-1943)
  • Clara deMilt, LA chemist, 1,196 items (1880-1963)
  • Brandt Van Blarcom Dixon, MO and LA college president, 121 items (1887-1901)
  • Robert Glenk, LA chemist and director of the state museum, 2,869 items, including 81 volumes (1897-1950)
  • Donald M. Halley, SD and LA educator, ca. 22 cu.ft. (1928-1965)
  • William Preston Johnston, VA and LA college president, ca., 6,500 items (1850-1899)

  • LaFargue Family papers, Manuscripts Collection 923, 1813-1917 (bulk, 1813-1870s), .3 linear feet (1 manuscripts box and 1 oversize folder) , Correspondence, military records, marriage licenses, and other papers of a distinguished French Louisiana family noted for its contributions in a wide variety of fields, among them government, journalism, justice, law, medicine, and politics.
